In India, there is an incredible amount of cultural and religious diversity. So, in different regions and different religions, people wear different kinds of outfits during their marriages. Some common styles include the sari, gaghra choli and salwar kameez.
Sari: On the wedding day, a sareelooks impeccably beautiful and the most cherished piece of ensemble in the wardrobe. Worldwide sari has become a great symbol of beauty for women. Now, all over the world, women wear saris as there dress code on their marriage day to look different and outstanding. In fact, saree is the dress which can be worn in the most fashionable and diversified way.
Ghagra Choli: In simple terms, ghagra choli means a very long skirt with a short blouse. A lengthy scarf called a dupatta is also worn along with this dress.
Salwar kameez: A salwar kameez is a long tunic with embroidery or some fancy design worn over pants, with a dupatta draped across the chest. The dupatta is also worn around the neck or over the head or pinned to one shoulder on the side, basically, depends on the bride’’s preference. Besides that, salwar kameez can be worn to other functions such as parties, semi-formal events and even work so the expenditure for it doesn”t go for a waste.
